I’m A Do Me, You Learn To Do You

Watching things move, acting as I will, doing me…

Situations arise, I calmly let them be, I have no emotion tied to it…

yeah, it is sad, but nothnig I can do, it does not effect or affect me…

I do what I can, my little spot in the world, influence growing…

as I continue spreading joy and healing love. I like donuts!

Milton’s especially, they are just awesome and it is the small…

When you are present to presentness and it is new…

too much is overwhelming, take it in doses until you find your own…

Learn from and observe the presence when near…

Do not just carelessly let it wash over you, only savoring…

momentary joy and returning to a deadened life…

Learn, ask, live in presence!
