Confidence and arrogance are similar but also two very different things. Confidence is what it is… just the power of being and knowing who you are. Arrogance, on the other hand, is a fear based mask, hiding insecurities, oft times deeply seeded ones. Humility perpetrated by the outstanding individual is a slap in the face to everyone else, although, society would praise such a thing. It is a placating sentiment and empty of any truth. Be what you are, plain and simple. Do not boast, do not beg for approval. Life does life and what will be will be. You and only you have only the power to change yourself, you can guide others but the choice to change, for there always is a choice, is yours. Namaste, honey, and other good things.
